Away Day 2025: Sparks of Tomorrow | 10-lecie FCU w Polsce

We designed and organized the event that was the culmination of the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Financial Crime Unit team in Poland. The two-day project at the Gdańsk-Sopot Ergo Arena brought FCU employees together for a multidimensional event combining a formal gala with a modern experience park.

Day 1 (Celebration Night)

Focused on an emotional journey through a decade of success. The highlight was the premiere of the anniversary film and the symbolic lighting of the "sparks", which united the team around shared values.

Day 2 (Experience Day)

The arena was transformed into an interactive ecosystem. Participants took part in workshops, tested VR technologies, competed in sports zones and visited the Museum of Everyday Work, an original installation documenting the everyday life and evolution of work at FCU.

Operational

Challenges

Transforming the space

The biggest challenge was the logistical and scenographic adaptation of the huge volume of Ergo Arena. In a single night we had to switch from a gala and concert layout to a multi-zone entertainment and education park, which required precise management of the assembly crews.

Complex attendee logistics

Comprehensive service for thousands of people, covering not only transport from different locations and accommodation, but above all smooth management of traffic inside the venue while running more than 10 different workshops and attractions at the same time.

Dramaturgical consistency

Combining an official corporate anniversary with the relaxed atmosphere of an "Away Day". This required developing the original slogan "Sparks of Tomorrow" and translating it into every element of the event – from the hosting script, through branding, to interactive installations.
