On March 18 in Warsaw, we proved that a good kebab deserves Pepsi and the ultimate setup. We turned Pepsi's nationwide campaign and the grand finale of the high-profile Książulo x Pedro collaboration into a living, street-style world that simply had to be experienced. We created a space with one clear goal: to captivate the guests' senses, look flawless through smartphone lenses, and instantly take over the internet.

What happened in the world of Kebs & Pepsi?

We focused on authentic experiences. Guests entering ArtBox Experience immediately stepped into the middle of a vibrant street, where a 360° digital visual environment projected on the walls blended seamlessly with physical activation zones.

Kebab Stand

The heart of the event was a fully operational food kiosk. The aroma of artisanal meat and delicious falafels drew everyone in. Guests ordered items from a dedicated custom menu:

  • Wrapped Kebabs: Beef & lamb kofta with pistachios or roasted king oyster mushroom (veggie version).
  • Pocket Kebabs: Chicken in preserved lemon and brown butter or traditional veggie falafel - all served with custom toppings.

Diageo x Pepsi Bars

In the first separate area, signature drinks were served. It was there that the premiering Johnnie Walker Black Ruby whisky and non-alcoholic Captain Morgan Spiced Gold 0% met Pepsi in custom recipes. Guests mixed flavors, choosing from a dedicated menu: the fruity Black Cherry with chocolate bitters, the classic Straightforward with lime, or the surprising Espresso Pepsi with a coffee twist. For those preferring soft drinks, a 0% zone was prepared featuring drinks like Fresh Take and No Sweat. It was the perfect prologue to tune the participants' senses for the start of the entire tour.

Pepsi Store & Customization Lab

In this zone, participants picked up limited-edition Kebs & Pepsi hoodies. They could then customize them themselves using studs, safety pins, and custom patches. For those who preferred leaving it to the pros, on-site specialists handled personalization and embroidering unique slogans.

Videoclipmaker Studio

A zone where anyone could become part of the premiere music video. In this green-screen setup, guests recorded their reactions and rapped along to the viral track "Kebs i Pepsi muszę popić to". Within seconds, the system edited their footage into the original music video and delivered the ready clip straight to their phones - perfect for posting on TikTok or Instagram.

Fashion Photo with Lola Banet

Renowned fashion photographer Lola Banet took professional lifestyle photos of the guests. The backdrop was a raw, industrial wall made of sheet metal, creating a great underground visual in camera.

Basketball Zone

A modern take on sports completed the street vibe. Although a physical basketball hoop was placed in the space, shooting and competition were seamlessly mirrored on large-format screens. The atmosphere was amplified by the second wall in this zone, displaying snippets of the music video featuring the signature masked Książulo heads.

The Big Reveal (Grand Finale)

After visiting all the zones, guests gathered at the monumental, raw stage. Surrounded by dynamic animations and a choreographed light show, the official premiere of the new track by Książulo and Pedro took place.

Challenges

A Kebab Stand Straight Out of the Music Video

Translating the raw street vibe and building a 1:1 replica of the kebab stand - exactly as featured in the Książulo x Pedro video. We engineered independent technical infrastructure and safety systems, achieving an authentic street food atmosphere.

Guest Flow Management

Customizing hoodies and rendering music videos on-site takes time. To prevent hundreds of influencers from getting stuck in bottlenecks, we implemented a precise traffic management system. Every guest moved smoothly along the route, quickly receiving their content and personalized drop.

Underground Vibe vs. Professional Photo Setup

We had to balance the dim lighting of a street court, bright studio lights for Lola Banet, and optimal conditions for smartphone video recording. We solved this with zoned, precisely targeted cinematic lighting. Camera flashes didn't disrupt wall projections, and guests' smartphones captured perfect shots at every moment of the event.
